Payment is due to confirm the reservation and is processed securely by Stripe. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received. Passenger count must not exceed the vehicle capacity. Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles, and clients are responsible for any damage or cleaning caused by them or their party. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or flight changes, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

We collect only the information needed to provide your service: name, phone, email, trip details and flight number. We use it to schedule your ride, send confirmations and invoices, and contact you about your trip.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate (payment, email, mapping and calendar services).
